The Terms of Use define the contractual framework of the relationship between Hopscotch Luxe and the User of the site www.hopscotchluxe.com (hereinafter the “Site”). They determine the rules of access to the Site and its conditions of use that any user acknowledges accepting, without reservation by the mere fact of his connection to the Site.
Hopscotch Luxe reserves the right, at any time, to modify, supplement or delete, and more generally to update, all or part of these conditions of use. Hopscotch Luxe will inform each visitor to the Site (the “User”) of any changes made to these conditions of use.
If the User does not comply with these terms of use and Hopscotch Luxe does not take immediate action in this regard, this does not mean that Hopscotch Luxe waives their rights to take further action.

The User of the Site acknowledges that he/she has the necessary skills and means to access and use the said website.

The User is not authorized to interrogate or trace information on other Users, or customers of Hopscotch Luxe, in particular any User account of which it is not the holder or its source, nor to exploit the Site or the services or information made available via the Site, in any manner whatsoever, with the aim of revealing this information, in particular information of personal identification or information other than its own information, such as they appear on the Site.
The User agrees not to take any action that would impose an excessive or unreasonable load on the infrastructure of the Site or the systems or networks of Hopscotch Luxe, or any system or network connected to the Site or to Hopscotch Luxe.

Transmissions via the Internet are never totally confidential or secure, and it is the responsibility of each User to take all appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and/or software from contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold Hopscotch Luxe harmless from any loss or claim resulting from actions initiated by third parties due to, or in connection with, his or her own use of the Site.
Hopscotch Luxe endeavors to keep this Site up to date. Nevertheless, Hopscotch Luxe cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.
Consequently, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Hopscotch Luxe disclaim all liability for any indirect damage, whatever the cause, origin, nature or consequences, arising from or in connection with a visit to the Site, including, without limitation, any loss of profits, interruption of business, loss of software or data.

All elements of the Site, taken individually or as a whole, are subject to applicable legislation on intellectual property, copyright and trademark law, both in terms of form (tree structure, data layout, design, user-friendliness, etc.) and content (trademarks, texts, images, illustrations, music, sounds, etc.). These elements are the exclusive property of Hopscotch Luxe or are licensed to it and Hopscotch Luxe is the only authorized user.
Any reproduction, representation or diffusion, integral or partial, of the pages, the data and any other element of the Site, by some process or support that it is, as well as their deterioration, is prohibited, except preliminary and written authorization of Hopscotch Luxe and would constitute a counterfeit sanctioned by the articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of the intellectual property.
The trademarks of Hopscotch Luxe and its partners, as well as the logos appearing on the site are semi-figurative or not and are registered. The Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the Courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal shall have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of the Terms of Use, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims, which the User acknowledges by accepting the present terms and conditions.
